Packaging is often the fastest way to distinguish one edition from another. A colorway, capacity mark, collection name, count, flavor list or verification label can separate a current release from an older one that has a similar product name.
Small details can identify a release
A profile should record the details that are actually visible: spelling, version numbers, edition names and the format stated on the package. Those details are more useful than broad marketing language when two products look similar online.
Images and text should agree
The product image should match the title and the description. If only one authentic image is available, a clear single image is preferable to invented alternative views that could misrepresent the item.
